1. What TripsWiz is

TripsWiz is a personal trip-planning and organisation tool. It helps you collect, store, and access your own travel information in one place.

TripsWiz is not a travel agency, booking platform, tour operator, airline, hotel, car rental provider, insurer, or any other travel service provider. We do not sell, arrange, or guarantee flights, accommodation, car hire, travel insurance, visas, or any other travel product or service.

Always verify your travel arrangements directly with the relevant airlines, hotels, car-hire companies, immigration authorities, and official sources. We are not responsible for any disruption, cancellation, rebooking cost, or loss that results from reliance on information stored in TripsWiz.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at info@tripswiz.com.

3. Uploaded documents and user content

You may upload documents such as booking confirmations, tickets, and itineraries to the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, and by uploading documents you confirm that you have the right to do so.

We do not independently verify the accuracy or validity of uploaded documents. Always keep original copies of important travel documents — do not rely solely on TripsWiz to store documents that may be required at check-in, immigration, or border control.

You may delete your uploaded content at any time from within the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal trip-planning purposes.

• Do not upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. No professional advice

TripsWiz is an organisational tool, not a source of professional advice. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, insurance, medical, immigration, or travel-industry advice. For any decision that carries legal, financial, or personal safety implications — including visa requirements, insurance coverage, customs regulations, or travel restrictions — always consult the relevant official sources or a qualified professional.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.

7. Third-party links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites such as airline or hotel websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control or endorse those websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Visiting third-party websites is at your own risk.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep TripsWiz available and working correctly but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, limit, or discontinue features at any time. Where practicable, we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We are not liable for missed flights, travel disruptions, financial loss, or any outcome resulting from travel arrangements, even if information about those arrangements was stored in TripsWiz.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Your content and limited licence

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content for advertising or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Future paid features

TripsWiz currently provides core features at no charge. We may introduce optional paid features or subscription plans in the future. If we do, we will clearly describe what is included, and any paid features will be optional.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, disclaimers, and governing law — will remain in effect.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
